Both times I've been there they've been very friendly and helpful. Last time Brandon showed me a better deal than what I've been planning to get. Especially like the fact that the price is the price. I've been to a lot of places where you buy something for $45, go up to the register and it's 60 bucks. I'm not a math genius but I know 45 is not 60!

This place has had some of the best service I've come across! I'm not a huge fan of all their products but tax being included with the price really helps make things more affordable than other places. Unfortunately my last experience was not great. I called to see if they had stock before arriving and upon checkout was told that the Tuesday 50% off deal for Farmer & Felon had now changed to BOGO $1. There wasn't any mention on the phone and the website was still showing the 50% deal that I had used countless times before. Regardless they refused to honor the deal and I had to leave empty handed since I only had $40 on me. Just not a great experience at all.

Anthony was one of the best bed tenders I’ve had. He seemed actually invested in getting me something I would like. Came in for a half O and left with a whole O because he was such a good salesman. Tried to get me deals and was just overall very pleasant.

Absolutely love this place! Beautiful setup and displays. Good, honest prices and they always have amazing deals! Professional and knowledgeable staff that treats you like family! Shout out to Peter the Plug, thanks for your excellent customer service. Just look at how awesome their bags are and how meticulously my products were packed! Even the security are super friendly and welcoming. No reason to go anywhere else!

I went in last week as a first timer and Brandon was right there from the moment I walked in until I got out and he made sure I was satisfied. I will definitely recommend everyone to try this place and trust me you will be more than satisfied from customer service to products to everything. I’m definitely coming again and will definitely tell everyone about it.

This is my favorite stop in SD. Holiday deals are insane, and daily deals are really good too if you are brand specific. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, shout-out to Madison thank you for remembering my preferences. Great location and selection.
